Redevelopment of this historic 82-unit SRO building will begin in Spring 2023. Existing residents will receive full relocation benefits and the choice to return to the building after significant seismic and interior improvements are completed. Located at the corner of SW Harvey Milk Blvd and SW 11th, the building is close to transit and many downtown services.
After rehab there will be 75 newly renovated SRO’s and studios. All new residents will have experienced chronic homelessness and receive Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) services provided by Urban League of Portland.

As some of you may have heard, on August 20th 2023 the Portland Water Bureau’s regular testing of water quality detected small amounts of the bacteria Cryptosporidium. Since learning of this, Home Forward staff has been in contact with the Portland Water Bureau.
We have been assured that healthy individuals can and should continue using water as normal.
If you are immunocompromised or are taking an immunosuppressive drug, you can kill any potential cryptosporidium bacteria by boiling your water for 1 minute before consuming.
